This document sets out the Terms & Conditions of purchasing on Hausthebrand.com.
Haus reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Delivery & Returns Policy.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

POSTAGE CHARGES

Free express postage within Australia for orders AU$190.00 and over. Orders AU$189.99 and under will incur an AU$10 shipping fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We ship Express via Australia Post.

International orders are shipped via Australia Post with International Registered Post. Please allow 6-8 days for International delivery.

International orders are calculated at checkout. 

Please note: Rural areas may have a longer transit time. HAUS is not held liable for any customs fees in your country, holding times or incorrect shipping information provided. 

Allow up to 48 hours of processing your order to receive your tracking number and/or confirmation of shipment. 

All delivery costs are in AUD.

Please allow 6-8 days for International delivery. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. 

PRE-ORDER

From time to time, hausthebrand.com will have items on a PRE-ORDER basis. Payment is up-front, including shipping costs, and we will endeavour to have item(s) out for delivery to you by the date list on the product description. Pre-order items are listed the same month they are expected to be shipped to you, so the wait is not long. It is the buyer's responsibility to check which items are listed for pre-order as our refund and exchange policy remains the same. You can check our refund policy here

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

All goods purchased on Hausthebrand.com will be dispatched within 1 business day and will receive a tracking number sent upon dispatch to the order email address. If you place an order before 3pm on a business day, your order will be dispatched on the same day. Please see above table for delivery times. Please note this is an estimate only and HAUS does not take responsibility for delayed shipping transit times. 

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Once an order has been dispatched, HAUS is unable to amend delivery location or redirect parcel.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

REFUNDS 

Please choose carefully as HAUS does not refund for change of mind on full price or sale product(s). 

If a product is found to be faulty, we will happily exchange or refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded, please note exchanges must be returned in ORIGINAL POSTAL BOX. If you need to refund or exchange a faulty product please email info@hausthebrand.com with your order number and name. Faulty garments will go through an inspection before refund or exchange is processed. Please allow up to 48 hours once goods are received by us. 

EXCHANGES OR CREDIT NOTE

Non faulty items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your goods for an exchange or credit note. Items must be returned in postal box that the item/s came in; in unworn condition, and in original, undamaged packaging. If goods are not received in original condition and in original postal box, goods will be automatically returned to the customer. Inspection period once goods are received can take up to 48 hours. Confirmation email will  be sent once your item is credited or exchanged. Please note HAUS is not responsible for shipping costs related to returns and exchanges, or for any loss during shipping related to returns or exchanges
